Over the years, I have battled with many health problems, including cancer, and this really focused my attention to what I was eating and putting in (and on) my body. I became aware of the everyday toxins around us and what we, as humans, are putting into the environment. Health Foods London is a place to find your best health and well-being, in an eco-conscious way.
