There has been a well-known and much loved health food shop on Fitzrovia for 35 years and the tradition continues under new ownership in 2025.

New owner Dolly Layfield passionately believes that good, organic nutritious food and natural remedies can heal the mind, body and spirit. The old adage ‘health is wealth’ has never been truer, with unprecedented levels of poor physical and mental health and well-being in UK society.
Over the years, I have battled with many health problems, including cancer, and this really focused my attention to what I was eating and putting in (and on) my body. I became aware of the everyday toxins around us and what we, as humans, are putting into the environment.
